Our Kaseh Series shawl comes in straight cutting, with three (3) side of Embroidery Sulaman for maximum style options and full coverage no matter what.

Return & Exchange Policy
NOTE:
- Importance to make a video unwrapping and including a clear legible Awb or consignment letter. Complete view of the products without any skips in the record.
- After receiving the package, take a picture of it from the front, the back, and every side before opening it to preserve any proof.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Items that are in an unwashed, unaltered, and unworn condition with price tag and invoice, returns will be accepted if delivered back within 3 days from arrival of package and one time exchange only.
All the returns will be subject to the following term and conditions:
1) This policy is only applicable to full-priced item(s) on our website.
2) Items purchased during sales and promotion are non-refundable and are not allowed for size exchanges. Please refer to the size chart available before making any purchase. Items damaged or torn during delivery must be report once parcel delivered and received and it must be returned within 3 days after the report is made. We will replace the item, but it is subject to remaining stock. Goods must be with return form slip.
3) Item(s) can only be returned or exchanged if there is/are any defect(s) found on the item, exchange size if stock still available OR the item received is incorrect. However, exchange design is not allowed after the order has been submitted.
4) All shipping costs are borne by the customer, and Byaqla are not liable until the item reaches our office.
5) Byaqla reserve the right to refuse any refund request if we determine that a customer is abusing our return and exchange policy, and the product will be sent back to you.
6) Byaqla is not liable for items that are bought out from any third party. Only returns with correct Order ID will be attended.
7) All refunds and reimbursement will be made in the form of Store Credit into Byaqla website account. No cash will be refunded.
8) Self Pick Up - Customer must pick up order within 7 days after purchase has been made, if customer cannot make it, we will process your item by postage. To avoid keeping item for too long / Missing order.

- Which shipping methods are available internationally?
- Singapore orders are shipped using Ninja Van Courier Service, while others international deliveries, DHL courier services will be utilized.

- For international delivery, it usually arrives in 7 to 20 business days or more depending on courier and customs clearance. Please bear these dates in mind when you expect your delivery to arrive.
